We deliver to all states and union territories across India (Pan India delivery).

- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier availability.
3. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.
- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
4. Shipping Charges
- Orders below ₹499: Standard shipping charge applies (shown at checkout).
- Orders above ₹499: FREE standard delivery.
- Express delivery charge is calculated based on your location and shown at checkout before payment.
5. Order Tracking
- Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS.
- You can track your order on our website under My Account → Orders.
6. Delivery Issues
- If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@mivinaa.com or call +91 93630 20225.
- Mivina is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Damaged in Transit
- If your product arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund in such cases.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY — MIVINA

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery date.
- Product is in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Product is 100% unused and in original condition.
- Product has not been washed, worn, or altered in any way.
- We check the product carefully twice from our side before courier dispatch.
- Please record a complete unboxing video without cuts while opening the package.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Products that have been used, washed, or worn.
- Products without original packaging or missing tags.
- Products damaged due to customer misuse.
- Sale or discounted items (unless received damaged or defective).
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- Provide your Order ID and reason for return.
- Share photos of the product showing it is unused and in original condition.
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
- If approved, we will share return shipping instructions.
4. Return Shipping Charges
- Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the product was received damaged or defective.
- Exact return shipping charge will be communicated at the time of return approval.
5. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the refund decision.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refund will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, netbanking, etc.).
- COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer — please provide your bank details at the time of return request.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Send photos/video of the damage to support@mivinaa.com.
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping charge in this case.
7. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately.
- Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible — you may initiate a return after delivery.
